Speech-Language Pathologist
Jordan Polocek, MS CCC-SLP
Jordan is an upbeat and compassionate speech-language pathologist who loves supporting children as they develop meaningful communication, positive feeding experiences, and greater confidence in everyday life. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Oklahoma State University, along with a minor in Management.
She brings experience supporting pediatric clients across home health and clinic-based settings. Her background includes working with children with a variety of speech, language, developmental, and feeding needs. She has also served as a CFY Discussion Group Leader and Pediatric Feeding Discussion Group Leader, where she helped support other SLPs through monthly mentorship and continuing education discussions.
Jordan enjoys creating therapy sessions that are individualized, engaging, and meaningful for each child and family. She values collaboration with caregivers and loves helping families feel supported with practical strategies they can use outside of therapy.
Outside of the therapy room, Jordan has a heart for serving her community. She has volunteered with Little Lighthouse, Vacation Bible School, hearing screenings through Oklahoma State University, and the Keep Texas Beautiful campaign. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, trying new restaurants with her friends, and relaxing on her couch watching documentaries or new shows.
Speech-Language Pathologist
Kendall Chocholek, MS CCC-SLP
Kendall is a warm, dedicated speech-language pathologist who is passionate about helping children find their voice and thrive in everyday life. She received her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University and completed her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Northeastern University.
Kendall brings strong clinical training and hands-on experience working with children with autism, feeding challenges, and a variety of speech and language needs. She has led feeding groups, supported both high and low-tech AAC users, and developed personalized, evidence-based therapy plans to support communication, social skills, and behavioral growth. Before graduate school, Kendall worked as an Speech Language Pathologist Assistant and behavior therapist in a pediatric private practice, where she helped children build independence across communication and daily living tasks in a nurturing and supportive environment.
She is committed to providing individualized, family-centered care and believes in empowering children to reach their fullest potential through thoughtful, research-based therapy.
Outside of the therapy room, Kendall enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling to new places, and baking sweet treats for friends and family.
Speech-Language Pathologist
Ana Molina, MS CCC-SLP
Ana is a compassionate and seasoned bilingual speech-language pathologist who brings over three decades of clinical experience to Einstein Speech Therapy. With a strong foundation in both pediatric and adult care, she is deeply committed to helping individuals of all ages communicate more confidently and effectively.
Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of settings, including public schools, pediatric home health, and long-term care and rehabilitation centers. Her diverse experience includes supporting speech and language development in bilingual children, providing therapy for aging adults in senior living communities, and mentoring the next generation of SLPs as a practicum supervisor for Texas Woman’s University since 2007.
She is especially passionate about serving Spanish-speaking families and creating meaningful, individualized plans that reflect each person’s cultural and linguistic background.
Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, playing pickleball, and spending time with her two college-aged children. As a proud empty nester, she’s embracing this new season of life — one adventure (and flowerbed) at a time!
Speech-Language Pathologist
Jana Hollingsworth, MA CCC-SLP
Jana is an insightful and experienced speech-language pathologist who is passionate about helping children grow into confident, capable communicators. She currently works for the local school district and also helps part-time with Einstein Speech Therapy, where she brings her nurturing energy and clinical expertise to every session.
She has experience providing therapy across a wide range of areas, including myofunctional therapy, feeding therapy, articulation and phonological disorders, language delays and disorders, social skills/pragmatic language, literacy, stuttering/dysfluencies, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) with speech-generating devices, and more.
Her favorite areas of practice are Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) and myofunctional therapy — she especially enjoys uncovering the “why” behind each child’s unique communication and creating personalized plans to support their growth.
Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys reading, being outdoors, walking her dog, and cheering on her children as they compete and perform in their various activities. Fun fact: even as a grown-up, she still loves going to the zoo!

Rachael Reed, B.A. Health & Wellness
Rachael enjoys helping create a welcoming and positive experience for the families we serve. She loves connecting with families, answering questions, and supporting our therapists so they can focus on providing exceptional care to each child.
Rachael earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness Promotion from Texas State University. Her educational and personal background has given her a strong appreciation for health, wellness, and compassionate, family-centered support.
Rachael is a Keller native and has also lived in several other parts of the great state of Texas. She is a proud United States Army spouse and is excited to be back home as her family begins this new chapter following her husband’s retirement from military service. Rachael and her husband have four amazing children and a Frenchie named Daisy.
Outside of work, Rachael enjoys hunting for hidden treasures at thrift stores, trying new restaurants and foods, spending time with her family, and enjoying a Dr Pepper.
Owner & Lead Speech-Language Pathologist
Katie Hinkle, MS CCC-SLP
Katie is the Owner and Lead Speech-Language Pathologist/Therapist (SLP) of Einstein Speech Therapy. Katie founded Einstein Speech Therapy to provide top tier, smart & joyful, individualized therapy. She has a tongue-tie herself and is very passionate about helping infants and children overcome related issues.
Katie loves getting to know kids of all ages and their families. She values making connections.
She has experience with Myofunctional therapy, Feeding therapy, Articulation/Phonology disorders, Language delays/disorders, Social skills/pragmatic therapy, Literacy, Stuttering/Dysfluencies, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)/speech-generating devices, and Aural training. She has worked with a variety of populations, including Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), Cleft palate, and Deaf/Hard of Hearing.
Katie started out as a behavior therapist working in-home with Autistic children. She is a proponent of the Autism rights/neurodiversity movement. She earned her BS and MS degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from CSU Sacramento. She completed internships at an elementary school with a high Deaf/HOH population and in the ICU and inpatient rehab setting at UC Davis Medical Center. She has worked as an SLP in preschool, elementary, middle, and high school settings, as well as in outpatient pediatrics. She currently independently contracts for local school districts.
Katie enjoys traveling to new places, long walks with her husband and dog around the park, and has a major sweet-tooth.
